The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry on 11th December, 2009, 29th January and 5th February, 2010 found the practitioner guilty of professional misconduct and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 15th April 2010, decided to suspend the practitioners name for a period of 6 months and to attach conditions to the Practitioner's name in the Register of Medical Practitioners.
The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 22nd June.
