Notice of Inquiry - 5th May

In the matter of Part 8 of the Medical Practitioners Act 2007, a Fitness to Practise Inquiry concerning a Registered Medical Practitioner will be conducted by the Fitness to Practise Committee of the Medical Council on 5th May, 2009 at 9 am, in Canal House, Canal Road, Dublin 6.
The hearing shall be held in public unless the Committee is satisfied that it would be appropriate in the circumstances to hold all or part of the hearing otherwise than in public
