To complete the survey, your username is your Medical Council registration number (unless you previously changed it). If you have not used the online facility before, you will have received your password via email in recent weeks. If you don’t know or can’t remember your password select “forgot your password” at the right hand side of the landing page.
There are a number of issues that might arise when you try to access the survey:
- your login details may be incorrect;
- your account may be locked;
- you may not see the survey invitation on your account homepage;
- you may have forgotten your login details;
- you may have trouble navigating the website; or,
- you may be experiencing browser issues.
