A Patient Advocate is somebody who can act on the patient's or the patient's family's behalf when dealing with the hospital or healthcare service.  A patient advocate can represent the views of those seeking information or making complaints when required. Dignity 4 Patients Dignity 4 Patients is a patient-centered organisation that works compassionately to support any person affected by sexual assault and/or inappropriate behaviour whilst a patient in a medical or therapeutic setting.
Health Complaints Healthcomplaints.ie provides information on how to make a complaint or give feedback about health and social care services in Ireland.  If you have a complaint or comment about your care, healthcomplaints.ie will help you to find the right place to give your feedback.

Citizens Information Board The Citizens Information Board is the statutory body which supports the provision of information, advice and advocacy on a broad range of public and social services.
