Fitness to Practise Inquiry

In the matter of Part 8 of the Medical Practitioner's Act, 2007, a Fitness to Practise Committee inquiry concerning a registered medical practitioner which took place on 21st, 22nd & 23rd July, 2026 will resume on Tuesday, 27th October, 2026.

The inquiry will take place in the Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan and will commence at 10:30 am.

Fitness to Practise inquiries are held in public though an application can be made by the complainant, the registered medical practitioner, or a witness for the inquiry to be held in private or partly in private. Such applications can be made at any time before the commencement of the inquiry.
