Our Access Officers are responsible for supporting persons with disabilities in accessing services provided by The Medical Council.

Inquiry Officer

Niamh Dunne is the Medical Council's Inquiry Officer under Section 39(1) of the Disability Act.

The Inquiry Officer responds to concerns raised under Section 38 of the Disability Act 2005 about The Medical Council's possible failure to comply with the Disability Act 2005.
