The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry found the practitioner guilty of poor professional performance and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 15th September 2011, decided to cancel the Practitioner's registration

The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 7th November, 2011.
