The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry on 9th July, 2010, found the practitioner guilty of a contravention of the Act and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 19th October 2010, decided to cancel the Practitioner's registration

The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 31st January, 2011.
