The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry found the practitioner guilty of professional misconduct and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 19th October, 2010, decided to attach conditions to the Practitioner's name in the Register of Medical Practitioners.

The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 31st January, 2011.
