The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry on 17th May 2010, found the practitioner guilty of professional misconduct and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 21st July 2010, decided to attach conditions to the Practitioner's name in the Register of Medical Practitioners.

The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 11th October, 2010.
