The Fitness to Practise Committee, following an inquiry found the practitioner guilty of professional misconduct and following submission of its report, the Medical Council, at its meeting on 21st July 2010, decided to cancel the Practitioner's registration.

The Council's decision was confirmed by the High Court on 11th October, 2010.
