I have forgotten my username or password

If you have forgotten either your username or password, you may use the “Forgot your password?” button on the login page. Instructions on how to do that are available here.

I am unable to reset my password because I have a new email address

If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to the email address associated with your Medical Council account, please email support@mcirl.ie to change your email address. Any change of personal details will take 24 hours to update on your online account.

I am still unable to access my online account.
